Confidentiality Module

For many patients and healthcare professionals anonymity is an important issue - which is why we developed the confidentiality option to complement the Automated Arrivals packages.

Traditional patient call systems broadcast the patient's name to an entire waiting room. However, with the confidentiality module the automated arrivals unit can print a numbered ticket upon check-in, the number is then displayed on screen to call the patient to their appointment.

The patient confidentiality option avoids a name being called out in the waiting room, and protects the patient's identity.
